Blue screen Stop D1

I get the following blue screen of death when I attempt to shutdown or restart windows.

STOP 0x000000D1, (0x0000002b, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF5B279AC) IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Kbdclass.sys.

My Platform is: Windows XP SP3 (WinNT 5.01.2600)

any help appreciated

I uninstalled the Logitech software and the problem appears to be solved.

No problem, installing the newest version from Logitech should allow you to avoid the bluescreens without losing functionality of your mouse/keyboard.
