Hello Everyone: I am using xp home edition oem, and I have the AutoTBar.exe and the AutoPlay.exe in my Hijackthis log and when I check them off to be removed, they are removed but then pop right back on the log file again.
The AutoTBar.exe has something to do with My HP image thinger's for photo's etc. I never use this and want to remove this AutoTBar.exe permanently from my pc. But no matter what I do it comes back, I traced it to here >>> c:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\startmenu\programs\startup

Where it is with the AutoPlay.exe.
I deleted everything associated with it in the registry and the registry says its not there anymore but it must be, it keeps showing up on my HJT log! If a log is needed let me know and I will post it?

Anyone know how I can get rid of this? Thanks
