Malwarebytes won't start.
Renaming it still doesn't allow it to start.
Spybot S&D won't start.
Renaming it still doesn't allow it to start.

Search is hijacked and takes me to www.anticipatesavings.com.

Browser won't load to any site that includes malware in the address or to any download sites.

Advice?

When ready please post your logs here: Malware Removal - HijackThis Logs

Someone will be happy to assist you further with cleaning your system.

During this scan and cleanup process you should not install any other software unless requested to do so.

Please don't post your log in this topic or start another thread in this forum, but post them in the Malware Removal - HijackThis Logs forum linked to above.

I'm a new user, and i have exact the same problem.
I downloaded Spybot Search & Destroy and tried to install. (The download was done on a safe PC). But wenn the Installation tries to download the additional files, the following message appears :
The connection with the server was reset
I don't know what to do. I need some help

I have read this instruction and the first tells me to install Spybot Search & Destroy . I have downloaded it on a safe PC,copy to the infect PC via USB stick
and try to install. During the insallation process, the programm try to download the additional files (updallocator.phd) from a server. And at this step the error appears: The connection with the server was reset !!

I don't know what is wrong ???

Just skip over that step and any steps if you have problems with them.

The next step is to install : Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
I did the same procedure than befor.
I tooks quit long to install it. At the first attempt nothing append by double click on install. After a few tries also be renaming, sudently the installer works. The last step tooks quit long. But I think it was installed.
Then I tried to run it. Nothing append !!! In the task manager I saw the process for a while than dissapears.

For Info: I think, tha the PC is inffect by the troyan_agent_TDSS

I didn't found any other solution !!??
