Dear Malwarebytes community,

This is a very exciting time for us all at Malwarebytes!
We are excited to announce that we have launched translated versions of our website today in
5 new languages that include the following: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.

Access to this feature is located at the top right of our main website's toolbar and is directly
accessible via a pull down menu.

http://www.malwarebytes.org/

With this launch and your help, we now have the capability of extending the Malwarebytes message to hundreds of millions
of new users in their native language. We know that there will be some ongoing refinements and future development but we
look forward to the input and feedback from all of you, our community.

Onward and Upward! :D

Though German is not my native language there is a typo on the main page:

Benötigen Sie eine Unternehmenslinzenzierung?

should be

Benötigen Sie eine Unternehmenslizenzierung?

Hello Gerard:

Might it also be common usage to use two words? Or is either acceptable?

e.g. Unternehmens Lizenzierung

Heaven forbid, but the closest I get to my German ancestors is to open a bottle of Beck's!

I don't think so, another option is Unternehmens-Lizenz which means company license.

Great but,

In portuguese Follow us is Siga-nos (This is the correct) and NOT Seguir-nos (This is the NOT correct), and change the "Learn more about how it works", to Leia mais sobre como isto funciona or Leia mais sobre isto.
Please change the Saber Mais to Saiba Mais

Sorry, we like it complicated and have the "-" and other things to make it confusing ;).

- edit- are you after "company license" or "company licensing"?

Hello yourhighness:

The letter perfect original English wording is "Need Corporate Licensing?"

translate.google.com = Brauchen Corporate Licensing?

babylon.com = Brauchen Corporate Licensing?

Yahoo Babel Fish = Notwendigkeits-Unternehmensgenehmigen?

translation2.paralink.com = Brauchen Sie das Korporative Genehmigen?

reverso.net = Brauchen Sie Korporatives Genehmigen?

promt translator = Brauchen Sie das Korporative Genehmigen?

linguatec.net = Brauchen Sie korporative Lizenzvergabe?

pons.eu = Brauchen Sie korporative Lizenzvergabe?

I'm fairly sure this is the way World War III would start if we tried to use on-line systems to translate...

HTH :)

Probably whatever the German equivalent of "Corporate Licensing" would be. I don't have a PC in front of me to look it up, and I wouldn't trust my understanding of German anyway. ;)

Sorry to tell, the italian translation looks quite inaccurate.
There are many typos, non-senses, errors and inconsistences.
Hard to write here a "step-by-step" correction, IMNSHO the whole thing should be completely reviewed.

Please feel free to contact me for further details. :)

Update:

This is one of the worst:

Why Do You Need Malwarebytes?

Malwarebytes products have a proven record of protecting computers by completely
removing all forms of malware, including viruses, Trojans, spyware, adware and rootkits.
When it comes to the safety of your computer, Malwarebytes provides the ultimate in
protection from the cutting edge of technology!

In the italian version 'Malwarebytes' is replaced with a tag <nomedell'azienda> ("companyname", translated as well, ouch! )
In this way the 'Malwarebytes' name is totally missing in this paragraph

Perché avere <nomedell'azienda>?

I prodotti <nomedell'azienda> hanno dimostrato di proteggere i computer eliminando
completamente tutte le forme di malware, tra cui virus, Trojans, spyware, adware e rootkits. Quando
si tratta della sicurezza del tuo computer, <nomedell'azienda> offre le ultime novità tecnologiche
all'avanguardia in materia di protezione !

Hello,

Why didn't you submit this translation to the translators of MBAM?

Cheers.
