Hello,

I am trying to uninstall Shaw Secure, but so far I have no success of doing it. I tried using add/remove program, but it still left behind Shaw Secure folder in C program file, and I can not delete the folder manually because it says the program is still running. In the task manager I did not find anything program relating to Shaw Secure running. Also, I tried using F-Secure uninstalling utility, but it gives the same result like I mentioned above. I am trying to uninstall Shaw Secure because it will not update. Thank you in advance.

Try phoning Shaw at 1-888-472-2222 and see if they can help.

Hopefully F-Secure wrote a thorough uninstall utility for the product they sold to Shaw.
