i seem to have gotten the "antispyware 2009" malware. i tried uninstalling through my add/remove programs, but that probably did nothing, i'm sure. anyway, i've been trying to download malwarebytes, and every time i click on "save file", it ends the process. seems i've got other spyware in here that doesn't want me downloading your program. what do i do?

ok. i have made sure that my antivirus (mcafee) is updated, and i've run it. it showed that i do have some trojans on here, and i guess i needed to restart to fix them. but after that, i still can't download malwarebytes, nor can i download avira or hijack this. i get the dialogue box, but then when i click "save", i get a momentary hourglass cursor, and then nothing. i'm not sure how to proceed. mcafee is confusing. i'm having it run the scan again. i'm not at all confident that i know what the heck i'm doing, nor whether i've got the settings right.
