The 212.117.165.18 IP seems to be blocked. This ip is a new server (less then 1 month) run by the ibvpn.com VPN company.
Can we get this one removed from your list?

We need to get an answer ASAP, as some of our customers are having problems using our service. In addition please check this IP addresses for false Positives:
