Hello,
My first suggestion is adding cookies to the filter of known infections. I know that there are some annoying advertising cookies out there, and I don't know what they do for sure, but they must do SOMETHING, since other antispyware programs detect them.
Another suggestion is the ability to have Malwarebytes run in the background when a scan is in progress. It's not a huge deal, but it would just be nice if it could run in the system tray.
