Howe do I update drivers. Someone told me I could updated them. I thought drivers are updated when windows does updates!

Nobody I know that is closed to me that can do that!

I do not have any disk for windows or factory restore disks. I go this computer from 3rd party! Back up data & format the drive? I not sure on how to do that?

With no google, using firefox was very, very slow! I was not able to using internet. Firefox was very unresponsive for several hours. So, I re-install google!

Yes, I re-install Java! I do NOT have AVG Secure Search Toolbar! I removed Java! When I try to remove all version, I get please close Ie or any browsers that I am current using. I have closed them I still get please close all browser which I did! made several temps to to run removejava, unsuccess to to get this resolve!
