as seen on the screenshot i can't properly close my task manager..is something on my system that my AV can't detect?

Nope, but should I wait for someone else to answer.... tongue.gif

Just double-click on the top of that frame window anywhere and you should have back the normal interface you're used to seeing. This is a built-in feature on purpose.
