I finally managed to get the malware scan to complete. After it had me reboot to finish getting rid of the lovely bugger (prunnet.exe trojan) it looked like it was all gone. I ran the HJT scan, but when my laptop finally connected to the net it still wouldn't let me update any virus software. So I reran malware and tada...more bugs. I have now done this four times and each time it still manages to find a fill that is corrupted by a trojan. Here are the logs:

I am in the process of running a fifth (and hopefully final) malware. Otherwise, I don't know what else I can do. Every time I think I make progress, it finds more files. I am now able to get onto the internet and update virus scans, which is a vast improvement...but there's always one file that seems to pop up contaminated.

Help?

Fifth scan came back the same as the 4th. Same three files too....any time I restart they come back.

Okay looking better, sorry for the delay.

Please run another update, scan routine.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Start MalwareBytes AntiMalware
    • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    • Select the Update tab
    • Click Update
  • When the update is complete, select the Scanner tab
  • Select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When completed, a log will open in Notepad. please copy and paste the log into your next reply
    • If you accidently close it, the log file is saved here and will be named like this:
    • C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt


The RESTART the computer again and AFTER the restart run HJT Scan and Save log and post back all NEW logs.
