Hi so as of now, perfect defender 2009 has officially taken over my computer. it wont let me load any anti malware, it blocks certain sites, it randomly downloads random things onto my computer. whenever im on, it would always have popups saying that my computer is infected, it wont let me run any programs, including malwarebytes. it wont let me restore my computer or run on safe mode. please i need some help, i use this computer to update some personal information and im scared if it ruins my computer or takes my personal information.
