Startuplite hasn't been updated in ages. I recall a comment long ago that an update was coming (one that would include the disabling of unnecessary services) but I've heard nothing since. They've probably had their hands full with MBAM.

Yes, we may actually be recoding the product in C++ after an update of RegASSASSIN and FileASSASSIN which are almost done .
