So I did something really stupid. I opened a media file that asked me to download a free license to view it. At the top of the box it says "free-license.top-3d.com" and it says I am downloading "Video License ver 4.312". I scanned the file with malwarebytes and spybot s&d but both said the file was clean, so I installed it (it says the file is from "mixnu.net"). Now I've definitely got something. Neither malwarebytes nor spybot will run, Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool won't run, and any internet anti-virus sites just freeze (housecall, bit-defender). Here is my HiJackThis log:

Hi.

Go start -> run and type in msconfig. Under the Startup tab click Enable All, apply, and then exit out. Restart your computer.

Download ComboFix from one of the locations below, and save it to your Desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts. Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HijackThis log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick Combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
