I have win/32 cryptor embedded in my winlogon.exe, and I was told Malwarebytes would be able to get rid of it. I download it, try to install, and every time I get the generic windows error that asks me if I want to send an error report. I have no idea why this is happening, and thus, have nowhere to start googling for a solution, so I came here. CAn anyone help ?
