After installing this new program, getting updates, registering it, doing a quick scan, I went to the 2nd tab, Protection, and clicked on start Protection, and got a messge that said An Error occurred. Please report the following error code to the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware support team. Error code: 732 (0,0)


How do I turn on the protection module?

The error you have referred to indicates the pc is a 64bit operating system, and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is currently not 64-bit compatible on any operating system. This is displayed in our 'Key Features' section on the following page(we cannot control content on any websites but our own):
Support for Windows 2000, XP, and Vista (32-bit only).

The protection module is the only component that will not function properly, meaning there will be no 'live' protection against drive-by downloads, however the scheduled scanning and scheduled updating will as well as malware detection and removal will perform normally

64 bit development is in the early beta testing phase. Currently we do not have any time frame which we could confidently say it will be completed. Therefore if you elect to have your money refunded we will gladly do so.

Or if you have another pc you can use it on, that's ok too. Your decision.
