I know I'm new here, but I am a computer technician. I have some questions about corporate licensing. I sent an email to hte corporate email address 3 weeks ago, and haven't gotten any kind of response back. Our comptuer shop is very interested in possibly getting a technician's license so we can install the pro version of Malwarebytes on all our customer's comptuers.

A couple quesitons about it though. We use AVG Free on all our computers and that is what we install on all computers that come in here. Would the Pro verison of Malwarebytes interfere with the Free or Paid versions of AVG? or with any other virus scanner for that matter? Would there be any conflicts between the software?

Also, I know the free version of Malwarebytes can remove almost all of those nasty fake virus programs running around right now. I've been looking for a program that can keep these types of programs off of computers, and hoepfully cut down on the number of computers coming in here with that kind of stuff. Does the Pro version of Malwarebytes prevent that kind of stuff from getting on the computer in the first place?

I have really enjoyed using Malwarebytes and always suggest it to all our customers to use. Can someone please get back to me on this and possibly get back to me on corporate licensing. Like I said, I sent an email about 3 weeks ago and no one has responded to it.

You will need to contact our corporate licensing department for information on the technician licenses.

If you would have read the post, I said I sent an email 3 WEEKS ago. I have heard nothing back yet, no email, no phone call, no communication at all. The reason I was posting here was maybe to get a moderator's attention or maybe an administrator's attention so I could actually talk to someone about a technician's license. Like I said, I sent an email 3 WEEKS ago, and have heard nothing from anyone, and starting to get annoyed at it. I'm sorry if I sound rude, but the corporate page says, we will try to get back within 24-48 hours, not 3 weeks later.

If nothing else, maybe a phone number even. I would really like to be able to use the Pro version on computers

Sorry for the delay Hawk. I've sent an email to Corp Sales and asked them to take a look at this post.

Hopefully someone will get back to you soon.
