Malwarebytes Forum > Computer Help > PC Help

Hey,

I recently purchased Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, but I have done a mistake. I accidently added a wrong email address. I do have the reciept but I would love if someone from the sales can help me out in it.

I did try to go trough the contact section of the main website. But the only option or link it showed me was to this forum.

I am not sure if this is the right section of the forum to ask for help. But a help would really be appreciated.

Regards
Adnan

Nope, I guess not. Perhaps they just haven't added it or they would like users to come here first as most issues can easily be solved and questions answered here on the forum. I expect they would reserve the help desk for those who have issues and questions that we can't resolve (such as the one presented here for example wink.gif ). It makes sense and it cuts down on the support staff's workload.

I agree with you exile360! I like to cut down on the load on repeat questions. ie: http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.p...amp;#entry75943
