HELP!!
According to Norton, I have this bug (packed.generic.2000) that they can not remove. I saw a site that said I should get malwarebytes and that it would take care of it. I bought it (I obviously have the ID and key) and it is on my desktop. However, I can not open it. I double click it, right click it and seek it out via the start button. It won't open. I just want to scan my computer with malwarebytes, get rid of this thing and be on my way. What can I do????????????
