My band's webpage, noisycrane.com, has been flagged as having malware by google and indeed I've found the image.php and such files on it. I'm currently trying to download the site locally and scan, but I can't run a good scan anyway because malwarebytes can't access the web to update, which I think might be partly due to what I have lurking on my computer. Any suggestions? I'm getting sorta desperate.

First of all, please take your site offline asap this to prevent that others get infected
Read the tutorials here how to "disinfect" the infected pages manually:

Almost every page may have a malicious script inserted, so delete all those scrips from the pages.

Then, download and install the newest beta version of malwarebytes:

Peform a full scan with it and post the log in your next reply.
