Hello all,
I have Malwarebytes 1.37,when i start a full scan after 10 minutes Malwarebytes closes without any error message or anything blink.gif

I uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the problem persists...

I have Vista 32 bits SP2.
Antivirus:Antivir V9 free.
Firewall:Pc Tools Firewall+.
Antivirus / firewall off: always the same problem.

I posted several reports of security software (RSiT,Gmer, Combofix, Daonolfix) on a French forum with a security section: no infection was found.

I said that the quick scan of Malwarebytes, it works, updates too, nothing is detected, just the full scan don't run correctly.

I come here asking for help,thanks wink.gif .
Best regards.

PS:sorry if my English is bad...I'm French and i use a translator, thank you for your understanding.

I have the same problem and have found by disabling the antivirus (Norton Internet Security) it will not lockup quick scan works no malicious malware found, as I understand this has occurred after the new version 64 bit was introduced
and they are working on a fix.

Ok,but when I disable my antivirus (Avira Antivir V9 Edition free) and my firewall (Pc Tools Firewall+) the problem is always the same with the full scan:Malwarebytes closed after 10 minutes.
I also in all cases, the quick scan works.

Hi,
Yes yes ok wait and see rolleyes.gif , so, but nobody would have any better idea?Compared to my configuration (security level), is it really a "bug"?,
especially since this problem occurred like this, without reason, I have installed any software before this problem, nothing changed ...
We really need to wait for a correction?
The developers have never encountered this problem?
Looking at the forum I have not seen a similar problem (no error message) ...
If someone could help me, thank you very much wink.gif

As against a clarification, I had this same problem with version 1.36 ...
Malwarebytes version free since I have almost 1 year and my problem was like that of a sudden, for 2 weeks, with 1.36 and 1.37 is the same and as I said uninstall / re-do nothing ...
