I'm sure this isn't a new topic but forgive me, I can't find the specific answer. When I activate the auto update it gives me an error msg: Update failed. Make sure your internet connection and firewall is set to accept Malwarebytes.org. I can't find any reason why the update will not work. I can access Malwarebytes.org through my browser but not otherwise.

What Anti-Virus product are you using?

Are you using a paid version of the program or the home user free version?

Is this XP or Vista ?
