Not sure if this would be a candidate for RR but I thought I'd post just in case. I've seen OuterInfo in a LOT of logs recenty. I havent installed the software myself so I can't give you much details on it but it displays a lot of ads and is related to OIN, linked with Purity too.

It's just the typical "free *program*-with third party support to pay the bills" scheme. Its no fun, but it's not Rogue.
