I know of no phone number unfortunately, however if they aren't responding to your mails and you haven't tried contacting corporate@malwarebytes.org yet then please do so as they should be able to assist you. Otherwise you can also send a personal message to AdvancedSetup as he's one of the primary contacts for corporate support and he should get back to you promptly. I had also been wondering if there was a phone number for Malwarebytes.

Make sure you're SPAM filters don't block mail from malwarebytes.org I contacted Sales and gave them your information.

I still have not heard back from anyone from malwarebytes.org... im not really sure what is going on, the emails do not seem blocked, and i was having a steady conversation with marcus for sometime.
