Have added the URL for harvresting
File is a trojan dropper and VT service is under DDoS attack
The trouble is VT is such high traffic site when that gets taken down all the regular user's start to use the minor online checker's @ Virscan and Jotti so they inturn get swamped(same effect as DDoS)= loss of service
