How can I find out, what is trying to access the ip address and remove it?

Hi.

there is nothing to 'clean'. Your system was prevented from accessing these sites. If you're running XP, they may be false\positives due to an unforeseen bug in how XP reads IP. The next version of Malwarebytes is due out this week to correct this bug.

As to find out what is accessing those IPs, if you have a premium firewall it may have a feature to tell you this. Only Vista OSes and above are able to tell you this(if you don't have premium firewall) and we may be adding this feature in future builds.
