Hello,

Just today I was browsing some websites. And I decided to run MBA. Well to my conclusion it decided to run for a second and check 3 files then quickly shut down. I also tried running AVG Anti Virus 8.5. Which is fully updated. It could not do it's job. And would shut down.

After reading a few tutorials here. I tried running HijackThis. It also shut down in the middle of it's process.

What I have tried doing:
* Running Malwarebytes
* Running AVG Anti Virus 8.5
* Running HijackThis
* Restoring back a month
* And pulling my hair out

Seems none of these work. If anyone could help me through this process it would be greatly appreciated . (It's gonna suck if I cannot fix it and my boyfriend finds out. No one likes to be grounded from a computer.)

Also. There are lot's of programs I cannot run on my computer. They all just seem to shut down.

Unless your recieving help elsewhere go start run and paste in this command
%userprofile%\desktop\Win32kDiag.exe -r -f

Combofix:
Please make sure you disable ALL of your Antivirus/Antispyware/Firewall before running ComboFix..This is because Security Software may see some components ComboFix uses (prep.com for example)as suspicious and blocks the tool, or even deletes it.

After posting combofix's LOG dont forget to re-enable your Antivirus/Antispyware/Firewall software.

When you download the file rename it slightly, example combo-fix.exe (As you download not afterwords)

Post the log from ComboFix and Win32kDiag in your next reply.
