My computer is infected with some kind of malicious file(s) and I can't even clean it out. I'm unable to run any cleaners

(mbam, SAS, AVG scanner). I've been able to download and install some programs by changing the name, but that's as far as

this virus will let me go. I try to scan but it immediately closes and then says I don't have permission to access the file when I

try to reopen it. I'm also unable to use Hijackthis and Smitfraud etc. to produce a scan log.

Desperate for help.
