I have Malwarebytes installed on my home computer AND on my laptop.
On my laptop, I can disable Ip protection, and when I do a restart,
the Ip protection stays disabled.
But ....
When I disable ip protection on my home computer, it stays disabled till
I close the computer, but when I restart the computer ip protection is again enabled.
How can I make that ip protection stays disabled ?

It's likely that the reason it is staying turned off on your laptop is because the laptop isn't doing a full restart, but a quick boot. Many laptops are configured this way by default in order to speed loading times and save power.
