I have big problems.. I'm hoping someone can help. I got the "Security Tools" virus and the Google Redirect problem also.

I cannot start the computer in Safe Mode... it hangs at the same place every time... mup.sys

I cannot run MBAM, CombiFix or Win32kdiag

I basically have Security Tools removed using Spyware Doctor. It does not pop up anymore.

I still cannot use IE Explorer... it gets redirected from Google every time. You can type in addresses and it will work.

Please help when you get a chance
