If this program had support for automation (command-line/hidden running, and resolution) we would seriously consider deploying it to our 1500 computers, but with manual intervention, we cannot afford to do so. Every single time I've run it, I "remove all" and thats what needs to be a command line option. I can't imagine it can be that hard to do... Also, an option to hide the GUI so the user does not see it. I almost have a vbscript set to do this flawlessly, but I refuse to pay for something I have to script like this, just to have something change and break it. We will continue to look elsewhere if this is no resolved soon.
Other than that little tid bit... love it.
