Full Version: Network Slowdown with IP Protection
I think I have the same problem with IP protection. When downloading several files from Rapidshare, I get a combined speed about 1.5 - 2 Megabyte per second, if I then turn off IP protection, the speed goes up to 6 Megabyte per second. My browser is Firefox 3.5.4 It occurs both with the build in downloader and de add-on DownThemAll!(1.1.7 installed.) Other realtime protection are Eset Smart Security 4.0.467.0 and Spybot Search and Destroy's Teatimer.

Can't seem to edit my post, so I'll do it this way. I have Vista Home Premium SP2 x86 and also Mbam 1.41.
