After multiple weekly 2 hour scans which remove this malware, only to re-occur in a week or two, I am looking for any insight to completely rid my computer of this viscious malware. Below are the log files as instrcuted for additional help.

I forgot one important thing. You are one version behind (currently at 1.41 and you are using version 1.40) and so your database is also out of date.

Please update your Malwarebytes program and then run a quick scan, followed by a full scan if you'd like. Post those logs in the forum link given above, along with the old one if you'd like, but your helper will definitely need the new scan logs.
