Every time I scan, I receive 2 infections that are the same as previous ones. I allow Malwarebyte to clean it and it does for a couple of days. After a couple of days the smae infections show up. Here is ine infection:
regfile\shell\open\command\(default) (Broken.OpenCommand) -> Bad: (NOTEPAD.EXE %1) Good: (regedit.exe "%1")
The second one is identicle except regfile is sacfile.

I appreciate comments and guidiance so that once it is cleaned, it does not appear again.
