I noticed on Malwarebytes that there's a quarantine tab. What is it? It appears that it holds all the items that were cleaned off my computer. Does this mean that the items on my computer are still on my computers only disabled? Please someone explain.

Yes, they are backups of all that was removed. They are encrypted and password protected and can not harm your computer. Once you know that everything is running normalyl, you can click Delete All to remove them forever.
