Does MBAM change the Last Access of the files it scans when doing a full scan?

Yes MBAM does modify the Last Access Time for files that are scanned. I will put in a request to have the code modified to prevent this but when or if it will implemented I don't know.
Note that you need to use a special program or programming code to check this. Simply checking properties of the file to be checked will modify the Last Access Time
