Does MBAM change the Last Access of the files it scans when doing a full scan?

Yes MBAM does modify the Last Access Time for files that are scanned.
I will put in a request to have the code modified to prevent this but when or if it will implemented I don't know.
Note that you need to use a special program or programming code to check this.
Simply checking properties of the file to be checked will modify the Last Access Time
Prior to MBAM Quick Scan
Last Access Time for C:\Windows\iun6002.exe was: 2008/06/26 15:22:34
After MBAM Quick Scan
Last Access Time for C:\Windows\iun6002.exe was: 2008/10/22 11:44:52
