I am using Windows XP Service Pack 3 and I have been having a lot trouble installing this program. It always freezes on the last stage of the installation during the "finishing installation" phase. An icon comes up and it seems to be finished, but I am not sure. When I end the program and try to click on the Malware icon (i have tried both 1.30 and 1.31 installs) - nothing happens. Can someone please help. Thank you!

Greetings and welcome. Is your PC currently infected that you are aware of (particularly with the rogue software AntiVirus 2009)? Thanks for having me to this board. Your suggestion did work and I managed to run all 3 logs and I posted them to the Log Forum.
