Is there a way to run a scan from context menu in explorer, in Vista x64?
I guess we can run 32 bit version of explorer, but was hoping for something more fluid.

Currently there is no way to scan from context menu is Vista 64bit.
Realtime protection is also not currently supported in Vista 64bit.
It has been talked about that these features will come in the later future of MBAM developement.
