Panda Active Scan runs fine on one of my XP computers, but when I attempt to run it on the other, I get a message saying "Sorry, updating is incomplete due to an error. Please try again."
I try again...and again...and again...but it never updates; thus I can't get a Panda scan.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Firefox is not compatible with many of the online Anti-Virus scanners. There are some that support it but most don't.

You can try TrendMicro HouseCall which also works with Firefox instead of Panda Active Scan
