Antivirus that wont conflict with malwarebytes?

Hello!

 

I am cleaning off an very old laptop I got from my father to use as a school computer, I have malwarebytes but I would like a free good antivirus to help add extra protection to my computer. I'm also unsure of what programs are compatible with malwarebytes. 

I also scanned with MBAM and it found around 4 infections (Thanks dad...)

 

This laptop is a Windows 7 professional and runs kinda slow so I need a lightweight program.

I installed Panda FREE on a weaker W7 PC and seems to be doing fine, Panda has a very good detection rating from AV-Test

As stated Panda FREE and Qihoo-360 FREE have scored very good on tests.
