Please note that the scheduler in the Premium version will cause certain MBAM services to run at Windows start-up (if there are scheduled update checks or scans), even if the real-time protection modules are disabled from running at start-up.  This is the expected and normal behavior for the current version of MBAM.  It ought not to impact the system.
 
Also, disabling the real-time protection modules from loading at start-up reduces the system protection and is not recommended.

If the suggestions there don't explain or resolve your issues:

Please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)
