Hello, 

 

What this might be 

 

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{9C2EDD1B-2CB4-4224-8453-B3060E0ED42E}: NameServer = 198.18.0.1,198.18.0.2

 

Im using IPVanish software, could it be some of their services, if not. 

Then its some bad redirection i guess.
