Deactivating MBAM account on broken computer

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Yesterday my old laptop died on me and now I want to install MBAM on my new laptop. How should I proceed, I cannot deactivate the account on the old computer because it is really dead  .

I do not have a license left for another computer so I think I need to disable the old one someway.

Hope you can help me.

Hi:

I presume this is a 3-PC, subscription license for MBAM Premium?

If so, the critical point is that the license be activated and in use on no more than 3 computers in your household at one time.

It would be preferable to deactivate or uninstall MBAM Premium from the "dead" computer.

But if it is truly dead, then it's a moot point.

IFFFF you purchased the license directly from the Malwarebytes online store, you may wish to contact the e-commerce partner, cleverbridge, to explain the predicament and to update them on your license status.

Their contact info is here and here.

Thank you,
