Hi everyone, I would like some help please , today during a full scan I found this

 

 

I followed some intructions from a computing fórum who helped me to completely clean my pc but I'm a bit confused and maybe you guys know what those reports are? Where they come from? I have reports from adw cleaner, junkware removal tool and Emsisoft Emergency Kit if needed. Just want to understand the origin of those reports. Thank you!
