So is this a False Positive

I downloaded MBAR earlier and i got this message so i say screw it time to back up and reinstall windows. I used Alien Respawn that comes with my pc . so now i guess it reformatted  and reinstalled windows so i re-downloaded MBAR to see if it would pop up and it did so i thought did this threat survive some how or is it a false positive after seeing the pin post im guess its nothing to worry about right,  http://i.imgur.com/BJh0DIV.png

Always press No if you are not sure, as the message indicates. If MBAR continues a scan after pressing No, then the infection for which this routine was created is not present.
