Updated malwarebytes, now says "problem" with license key

I have a lifetime malwarebytes license key, anyways today I updated malwarebytes and then when it rebooted I tried to enter my key and I keep getting this error that says "problem with license key, unable to activate.  Please check license details and enter again.  If you continue to have trouble please contact Malwarebytes for support."

 

Problem is, I try to contact malwarebytes support and when I open a ticket and hit "send", I get this stupid text:  "

Sorry, We're Currently Offline

We were unable to connect to the server. It may have gone offline or you could be experiencing connectivity issues. Please re-try your submission in a few minutes.  

 
 
Any ideas?
