Are you referring to the open-source VPN software?Did you install it on your computer?IIRC it can be used maliciously or for less-than-legit purposes, e.g. to bypass software activation for licensed software. Also, if the program is installed on your computer and you are not sure how it got there, I suggest providing us with a wee bit of system information, so that we can better assist you.
