Ok so I have tried everything to remove the virus that shows the error message "the maximum number of secrets that may be stored in a single system has been exceeded.nthe length and number of secrets is limited to satisfy United States State Department export restrictions" I have tried malwarebytes removal for malware along with about 4-5 other malware removal systems, cleaner, previx, norton, and so on and so on. I have done about 6 dozen system restores, and I have come to the point where I bought a USB storer device to store all my pics and school stuff just in case. Y computer crashes again and don't come back on. My computer won't even run in regular mode, it starts up goes to the desktop then crashes. Safe mode isn't any better. My entire start menu is gone like literally gone! I am going crazy spending day and night trying to fix this because I can't afford a new computer, what do I do please help me!
