Hi Temple, The number you called is for a company known as Ecomputer support (website: hxxp://ecomputersupport .net/ registered anonynously). May I know where you found this phone number? They are indeed involved in tech support scams. I called them and very quickly they said my clean computer was infested with viruses. They were going to charge me anywhere from $289 to $499 to fix the non-existing issues.
