Hello, I can also confirm that Malwarebytes update 4.2.2.95, component version 10.0.1096 does fix network browsing in recent versions of Windows 10! I've been tearing my hair out for the last few days trying to get network neighborhood to work on my LAN computers. I should have suspected that Malwarebytes was the culprit as it had also broken IPv6 pings for the last few months - until they fixed that recently. However, I failed to make the association until reading about this update.
For anybody who is running a recent version of Windows 10 who's network neighborhood is still not working after installing the above-mentioned Malwarebytes update, please read up on WS-Discovery and how to make it work on your network. Since Microsoft has for the most part disabled SMB version 1 for security reasons, WS-Discovery needs be enabled. To do this, you need to make sure certain Windows services are enabled and automatically started at boot up. There is lots of info about this on the Web. Also, note some third party devices, like NAS devices or printers, may still rely on SMB1. They'll need updating from the manufacturer in order to show up in Windows network neighborhood.
Hope this helps.
